Body and Voice Alignment: Focused on seated and prone body posture to facilitate a clearer understanding of the body as the supporting mechanism for the voice.
Breath Technique: Techniques to combat anxiety and promote greater breath control and wellbeing.
Voice Technique: Exploration of upper and lower resonance and tonal qualities of the voice.
Group Vocalisation: Exercises and techniques to explore the timbre, pitch, and tone of individual and group voices.
Improved Vocal Confidence and Self-Expression: Participants felt more confident and expressive in their vocal delivery.
Freer Physical Freedom and Body Language: Enhanced physical presence and body language.
Greater Understanding of Body-Voice Connection: Improved awareness of the impact of sound and voice.
The workshop was a delightful experience, and we met some wonderful and open-minded members. The participants had great fun and gained a greater appreciation of the interconnection of their body and voice.
We are thrilled to have contributed to the Soho Farmhouse members’ journey towards better communication and self-expression.
